Bring Your Existing Tools Into GrowthOS

You’re already using tools to track your search performance. GrowthOS doesn’t replace them — it connects to them and adds the AI visibility layer you’ve been missing. In just a few minutes, you can link your existing marketing stack and start seeing how traditional search and AI search work together.
Connecting your tools is optional but highly recommended. The more data GrowthOS has, the smarter your insights, recommendations, and keyword scores become.

Google Search Console

Google Search Console (GSC) is the backbone of organic search data. When you connect it to GrowthOS, you unlock a powerful combination: your traditional search performance side by side with your AI visibility data.

What You Get

  • Clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position for all your keywords — pulled directly from Google
  • Daily sync so your data is always fresh and up to date
  • Cross-referencing — see how a keyword performs in Google search vs how it shows up in AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
  • Hidden opportunities — find keywords with high impressions but low clicks that could be perfect candidates for AI optimization

How to Connect

1

Go to Settings

Open your GrowthOS dashboard and head to your workspace settings.
2

Click Connect next to Google Search Console

You’ll see a list of available integrations. Click Connect next to Google Search Console.
3

Authorize with Google

Sign in with the Google account that has access to your Search Console property. Grant GrowthOS read-only access to your search data.
GrowthOS only requests read-only access. We never modify your Search Console settings or data.
4

Select your property

Choose the Search Console property (website) you want to connect. If you have multiple properties, pick the one that matches your GrowthOS workspace.
5

Data starts flowing

Your search data will begin syncing automatically. You’ll see your first data within a few hours, and it will refresh daily from that point forward.
Once connected, your Search Analytics page in GrowthOS will light up with clicks, impressions, and keyword data.

Why It Matters

Traditional SEO tools show you how you rank in Google. GrowthOS shows you how you rank in AI. By connecting Search Console, you can finally see the complete picture — where you’re winning in organic search, where you’re winning in AI search, and where there’s a gap you can close.
Keywords that perform well in traditional search but poorly in AI search are some of your biggest opportunities. GrowthOS highlights these automatically when your Search Console is connected.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics (GA4) helps you understand who visits your site and what they do. When you connect it to GrowthOS, you can see how much of your traffic is actually coming from AI platforms — and which pages AI users visit most.

What You Get

  • AI traffic breakdown — see how much of your traffic comes from AI search engines and chatbots
  • Traffic trends — track whether AI-driven traffic is growing over time
  • Page-level insights — understand which pages AI users visit most
  • Comparison view — see AI traffic alongside organic, direct, and social traffic

How to Connect

1

Go to Settings

Open your GrowthOS dashboard and navigate to workspace settings.
2

Click Connect next to Google Analytics

Find the Google Analytics integration and click Connect.
3

Authorize with Google

Sign in with the Google account that has access to your GA4 property. Grant GrowthOS read-only access.
Just like with Search Console, GrowthOS only requests read-only access. Your Analytics data and settings are never modified.
4

Select your GA4 property

Choose the GA4 property you want to connect. Make sure it matches the website in your GrowthOS workspace.
5

Start seeing AI traffic

Your traffic data will begin syncing. You’ll see AI traffic insights on your Traffic Analytics page within hours.
Connected! Your Traffic Analytics page will now show AI-specific traffic data alongside your regular analytics.

Why It Matters

Most analytics tools lump AI traffic together with other referral sources — or miss it entirely. GrowthOS identifies AI-driven visits specifically, so you can answer questions like: “Is my AI visibility actually driving real traffic?” and “Which AI platform sends the most engaged visitors?”

What Else Can You Connect?

Beyond Google tools, GrowthOS also integrates with your hosting platform for real-time AI crawler monitoring.

The Complete Picture

Here’s what happens when everything is connected:
Data SourceWhat It Tells You
Google Search ConsoleHow you rank in traditional Google search
Google AnalyticsWho visits your site and where they come from
AI Visibility TrackingHow you appear in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and more
Log Drain (Vercel/WP)Which AI crawlers visit your site and how often
Together, these give you the full picture of your search performance — traditional and AI — in one place.
You don’t need to connect everything at once. Start with Google Search Console for the biggest immediate impact, then add Google Analytics and a log drain integration when you’re ready.
